This class will meet online on Saturdays from 10:00am to 11:00am PST.

About the class: Welcome to Thai Beginner 1 Class! This class is designed for those who have little or no experience with the Thai language. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of the Thai language, including basic vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure.

Throughout the course, you will learn how to read and write the Thai alphabet, which consists of 44 consonants, 16 vowels, and 4 tone markers. You will also learn how to pronounce words correctly, as Thai is a tonal language, meaning that the tone in which a word is spoken can change its meaning.

In addition to learning the basics of the language, you will also learn about Thai culture, customs, and traditions. This will help you to gain a better understanding of the Thai people and their way of life.

By the end of the course, you should be able to engage in basic conversations, ask and answer simple questions, and read and write basic Thai sentences. Whether you are planning to travel to Thailand or just want to learn a new language, Thai Beginner 1 Class is a great place to start!
