About the class: The French Beginner 1 class is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to embark on a journey to learn French. Whether you have no knowledge of French or have briefly studied the language before, this class is designed to provide you with the foundation you need to start communicating in French.
Throughout the course, you will discover how to talk about yourself, your family, your hobbies, and interests. You will be introduced to basic grammar rules, including sentence structure, articles, adjectives, and the present tense. This will equip you with the tools to communicate your thoughts and feelings accurately and confidently in French.
By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to introduce yourself in French, engage in simple conversations, and even fill out registration forms in France. You will have a solid grasp of regular verb conjugation, including the essential verbs "être" and "avoir." You will also be able to use the interrogative adjective "quel" and know how to form negative sentences in French.
The course will also cover essential topics such as nationalities and countries, days of the week and months of the year, and numbers from 0 to 100.
